The pastry module includes:

• 1st, 5th and 9th week: bakery (breads, viennoiseries and doughs)
• 2nd, 6th and 10th week: cakes and entremets
• 3rd, 7th and 11th week: plated desserts and decoration
• 4th, 8th and 12th week: chocolate

The monthly timetable will be repeated with new recipes and an increase level of difficulty
