This specially structured program takes place for 3 weeks of learning in Florence and 1 week of events in New York City. The program focus is event production from the perspectives of event management, communications & public relations, food & wine management, art direction. Final exams are held online in the 5th week. Event Project Manager
MISSIONS
- Qualifier requests by calling companies that entrust BizMeeting organizing their business events
- If applicable, be the single point of contact regular customers of BizMeeting
- Search locations corresponding to the needs of the business using the tools developed by BizMeeting and send them requests for quotes
- Follow responses sent by the venues and maintain a good relationship with them phone
- Formalize using the platform BizMeeting proposals to send to clients
- Monitor and advise the customer in his choice of venue
- Collect feed back businesses after the meeting
PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree or in progress
- Interest for events
- Excellent contact
- Dynamism, organization, autonomy, sense of priorities
- Good level in spelling in English and French
- Fluent in French or Intermediate level required
TERMS
- Remuneration 500 EUR per month
- Duration: 3 - 6 months
- Start: ASAP
